RETURN & EXCHANGE PERIOD
Customers may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product.
The period starts from the delivery date, not the purchase date.
Requests will not be accepted after the 7-day period has expired.
CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTANCE
The prayer beads must be in brand-new, unused condition.
Must be in original packaging without any damage or opening.
Order number or purchase invoice must be provided with the request.
No breakage, scratches, or alterations to the product.
SHIPPING COSTS
Return or exchange shipping costs are fully borne by the customer.
If the product is defective or differs from the order, the store will cover shipping costs.
HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST
Contact customer service via WhatsApp or official store accounts.
Send order number with a clear photo and reason for return/exchange.
Await store approval within 24 hours of submitting the request.
Ship the product to the store after approval to the specified address.
Refund processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
NON-RETURNABLE CASES
Used products or those showing signs of use.
Products modified or repaired by the customer.
Products exceeding the 7-day period from delivery date.
Sale and clearance items (unless otherwise stated).
EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers may exchange for a product of equal or higher value, paying the difference.
If the replacement is of lower value, the difference will be refunded.
The same return conditions apply to exchange requests.
